It is our belief that the value of a warranty is not in how it is written, but how it is handled. That is why from our inception in 2000 we have administrated our warranties ourselves. Our actions in how we handle a warranty claim build customer confidence, and enable them to confidently market our product to the end consumer. When our dealer partners contact us with a warranty concern – it takes top priority.
We prefer warranty service to be performed at any Toyota/Lexus independent dealership.
Our warranty procedure is simple – contact us with the concern BEFORE any repair, and we will have an resolution plan in short order – if additional time is needed (within 24hours), we will have the vehicle owner put in a rental vehicle at our expense. We will establish the repair procedure, which will include a faxed or emailed credit memo for which to generate an R.O. from. This credit will include costs for all parts, labor, rental car and ancillaries – payable upon completion of the repair. Our Warranty rate for dealers is the lesser of their Internal and Customer pay rates, multiplied by the Toyota/Lexus Published warranty flat rate time for the Operation code, applicable by VIN.
Our standard warranty on all Engine long blocks and Transmission/Transaxles is 12months/12,000 miles Parts and Labor. Engine long blocks have extended warranties available for 2year/24,000 and 3year/36,000 mile coverage. Our warranty does not change, degrade, or diminish over the life of the warranty period. JARCO warranties are transferrable as well – making them the ideal choice for a Certified vehicle.
