Before Reconditioning:

-Removal from a domestic Salvage Vehicle.  A Carfax is purchased which verifies the unit for low-mileage accuracy.

-A static compression test yielding less than 10% variance between cylinders.

-Visual inspection for any signs of damage, neglect of oil changes, water intrusion and indicators of fluid leakage.

Reconditioning with Genuine Parts:

-Replacing all external oil seals, Valve Cover Gasket (s).

-Water Pump, Timing belt, Tensioner, Idler bearing replaced (If Applicable to model).

-Models with items we identify as prone to leaks or liability (oil pans and timing covers) will be re-sealed prior to shipment.

-All Updates to TSB Items for the Partial Engine Assembly addressed and replaced with updated components before delivery.

-A thorough cleaning and detailing in order to duplicate condition of new unit.

-Replacing Torque Converter seal, output Seal (s) and Pan Gasket if applicable.

- A thorough cleaning and detailing in order to duplicate condition of new unit.
